Job summary

A. Servidone Inc. / B. Anthony Construction Corp. JV is seeking a Utility Field Coordinator for the I-81 Viaduct Project in Syracuse, NY. This field-based role focuses on keeping utility-related work organized, visible, and aligned with project execution.

You will support day-to-day field coordination, track open issues, and keep stakeholders informed to improve scheduling and productivity on a major heavy civil infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility coordination, field coordination, project engineering, construction operations, or a similar role on civil or infrastructure work.
• Working knowledge of relocations, conflicts, access, shutdown planning, and coordination with outside parties.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts, maintain accurate records, and follow through on open items.

Responsibilities

• Support field coordination for utility-related work, including relocations, conflicts, protection, access, shutdown planning, and utility interface issues.
• Work closely with project managers, field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and outside utility representatives to keep utility-related activities organized and moving.
• Track utility conflicts, open items, relocations, shutdowns, and upcoming coordination needs so the project team has clear visibility into current status and potential risks.
• Maintain logs, meeting notes, correspondence, and status updates related to utility coordination and field follow-up.
• Assist with planning and communication around utility-related field activities to improve sequencing and reduce avoidable delays.
• Follow up on action items, identify missing information, and help move utility coordination issues toward resolution.
