Job summary

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, seeks a Utility Custodian to support secure facilities in the Virginia/Maryland area. You will perform daily custodial tasks in sensitive spaces while maintaining strict security and confidentiality.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of custodial experience. An active Top Secret SCI with CI Poly clearance is required by the contract, along with disciplined discretion and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial services in secure spaces (cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance).
• Handle waste disposal, recycling, and shredding per security procedures.
• Safely operate custodial equipment and approved cleaning agents.
• Respond to cleaning requests, spills, and special event support.
• Maintain inventory and report shortages or issues.
• Follow access control and compartmentalization requirements at all times.
• Report security concerns or hazards to appropriate personnel.
