This role combines hands-on custodial duties with team leadership, quality control, and coordination to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security. The Custodial Lead plays a critical role in supporting mission readiness by enforcing custodial best practices while adhering to strict security and confidentiality requirements.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*** Lead and coordinate daily custodial operations within controlled-access and sensitive areas* Perform custodial services including cleaning, sanitizing, waste disposal, and special project support as needed* Assign work, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job guidance to custodial staff* Ensure custodial tasks are completed in compliance with security protocols, safety standards, and facility requirements* Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of assigned spaces* Maintain custodial schedules and respond to priority or unscheduled service requests* Manage custodial supply inventory, equipment usage, and maintenance reporting* Ensure proper handling of waste, recycling, and shredding in accordance with IC information protection procedures* Serve as a point of contact for custodial-related issues and escalate concerns as appropriate* Immediately report security incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity* Support emergency response, continuity-of-operations, and special events as directed**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:*** High school diploma or equivalent* Minimum of 4 years of custodial or facilities maintenance experience* Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise custodial staff* Knowledge of custodial equipment, cleaning agents, and safety procedures* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to follow and enforce written and verbal instructions**SECURITY CLEARANCE**: Active Top Secret SCI W/ CI Poly**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
