Intrepid Global Solutions is seeking a Kitchen Utility for IAP World Services in McLean, VA. The role focuses on washing dishes, both mechanically and by hand, and supporting cleanup of all kitchen areas.

You will work as part of a team to ensure dishware readiness, monitor dishwasher operation, and help maintain sanitary food-prep spaces in a mission-critical environment.

Formación

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of related kitchen or dishwashing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Wash dishes mechanically and by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishware and kitchen areas.
• Operate and monitor the dish machine.
• Assist in opening/closing checklists and keep the dish room organized.
• Ensure adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Dispose of kitchen trash and keep prep areas clean.

Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP provides facility services including operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, construction, grounds, custodial, environmental, safety, safety, access control, events, and food services. IAP is seeking a Kitchen Utility candidate. This candidate will wash dishes mechanically and by hand. This candidate will also work as a team to clean all kitchen areas and utilities.

General Responsibilities:

• Maintains a customer focus while performing duties.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware.
• Loads, runs, and unloads dish machine.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems to the kitchen manager immediately.
• Monitors dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keeps Dish room clean and organized and assist in opening and closing checklists.
• Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bags and hauls kitchen trash to dumpster.
• Cleans food preparation and production areas as required.

Experience/Knowledge:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and 1 or more years related experience.
