PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Construction in Paradise, MI.

The role owns financial performance, contract administration, and customer communication for assigned utility construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, costs, changes, and risk are managed with discipline and proactive forecasting. You will work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin, cash flow, and customer trust through accurate documentation, timely billing, and early

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• Experience managing project financials including budgets, cost tracking, WIP, and billing.
• Ability to interpret contracts, schedules, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Monitor costs, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Ensure project billing is accurate and timely.
• Capture, price, and submit scope changes early and accurately.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for audit readiness.
• Lead coordination between office and field teams.
