Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned utility construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and proactive risk visibility to ensure dependable execution and strong cash flow.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin and entitlement, while maintaining accurate forecasting, favorable billing, and timely documentation across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• Financial understanding of budgets, cost tracking, cost-to-complete, WIP, revenue recognition, margin management, and billing conversion.
• Ability to interpret contracts, project plans, technical specifications, and field production data.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a utility construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Track project costs and forecast cost-to-complete and revenue.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with terms and billing cycles.
• Coordinate with field leaders to align schedule, scope, and resources.
• Serve as primary customer contact for project updates and issue resolution.
