We are seeking an experienced Utility Construction Project Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in The Colony, TX, serving projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is ideal for a hands-on project leader with a strong commercial construction background and proven experience managing utility, municipal, and public infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The Utility Construction Project Manager will work closely with executive leadership, operations, estimating, field teams, municipalities, inspectors, engineers, and clients to deliver essential infrastructure projects that support continued growth across North Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial utility construction projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, field personnel, inspectors, municipalities, owners, engineers, and clients.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with OSHA and local municipality requirements.
• Lead project meetings, communicate project status to leadership, and resolve issues that could impact schedule, cost, quality, or client satisfaction.
• Partner with estimating and operations teams during project turnover to ensure successful execution and strong project outcomes.
