AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Utility Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in the Plano/The Colony, TX area. The role supports preconstruction with accurate, competitive bids and strategic project planning for heavy civil and underground utility projects.

The estimator will review plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, and coordinate with project managers to shape bid strategy in a stable, team‑oriented environment.

Job Summary

A growing utility construction organization is seeking an experienced Utility Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in the Plano/The Colony, TX area. This role is ideal for a detail-driven estimating professional with a strong background in heavy civil, underground utilities, municipal infrastructure, data centers, and complex civil scopes. The Utility Estimator will play a key role in preconstruction by preparing accurate, competitive bids and supporting strategic project planning. This is a strong opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented construction environment with supportive leadership, collaborative project teams, and meaningful work tied to essential infrastructure. Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year.
