Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year clerical, cashiering, and/or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of credit and collections methods and standards.

Responsibilities

• Contacts customers by phone or email to provide information or referrals; handles bill payments and delinquency monitoring.
• Explains policies and procedures to the public; relays delinquent accounts, collection policies, and payment plans.
• Contacts customers to update balances due, payment arrangements, and extensions; monitors delinquent accounts for accurate billing.
