Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer billing and profile information in CIS.
• Work closely with third party mailing vendor.
• Manage and report on corrective actions when CIS processes fail.
• Execute and manage billing processes in CIS; adjust meter readings and process service orders.
• Enter credits/debits, make rate changes as needed, and re-bill charges when required.
• Collaborate with revenue protection staff on tampering investigations to prevent revenue loss.
• Discuss disputes for tampering charges with customers by phone or in person if needed.
