Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with cash handling and basic accounting principles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and balance daily cash drawer.
• Take payments (cash, check, credit) in person.
• Answer questions from customers via walk-in, phone, or email.
• Process mail/night drop payments and scan them.
• Handle service start, disconnect, or transfer requests.
• Send welcome emails to new customers.
• Interface with City staff and the public as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.
