Qualifications

• Six months to one year of customer service or billing experience or equivalent education.
• Professional phone demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic math.
• Ability to identify and reconcile discrepancies and multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Team oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage utility invoices by coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely retrieval and documentation.
• Analyze and audit utility data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues before they affect clients.
• Communicate with utility vendors to verify billing accuracy and address underlying issues.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding urgent matters or billing exceptions with clear insights.
