• 12+ years in the utilities sector with Customer Operations and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Experience leading CIS implementations (SAP or Oracle) and modernization initiatives.
• Proven track record with executive stakeholders and complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Influence strategy with C-suite and senior utility executives to drive business outcomes.
• Define market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation.
• Originate and close new business, shaping deals and value propositions.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams and ensure quality, scope, and cost control.
• Act as a thought leader in the Utilities industry and contribute to IP development.
• Build high-performing teams and mentor senior practitioners within the Utilities practice.
• Collaborate across Accenture's Strategy, Industry X, Technology, Song for integrated solutions.
