An established industry player is seeking a Utilities Manager to oversee the operation of municipal utilities. This role involves planning and directing operations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Under general direction of the Utilities Director, the purpose of the position is to plan and direct the operation of City utilities including budgeting, safety, operations, maintenance, personnel and other functions. Employees in this position manage complex operations utilizing highly skilled, technical employees. Position is responsible to ensure the health and safety of the public by operating facilities in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. Performs related work as directed.
