ENTACT is a premier national provider of environmental and geotechnical construction services, established in 1991. We self-perform environmental remediation and geotechnical work with in-house personnel and equipment. Our team includes project managers, engineers, safety professionals, technicians, and operators, with regional offices nationwide. We have completed over 3,000 projects and received numerous safety awards.

We are seeking an experienced Field Project Manager (Superintendent) willing to travel within the US (at least 80%). Candidates can reside anywhere in the US.

Position Summary

The role involves overseeing on-site project operations, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and site plan adherence. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, time management, and leadership skills, coordinating craft employees, subcontractors, and mechanics.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure personnel comply with safety standards.
2. Implement and oversee project plans and quality.
3. Maintain schedule and cost controls.
4. Plan work two weeks in advance.
5. Lead on-site meetings with staff, subcontractors, and clients.
6. Maintain accurate reports and communication.
7. Respond promptly to site challenges.
8. Build strong client relationships.

Technical Knowledge

Experience managing large-scale environmental projects is preferred. Basic computer skills are desirable. Knowledge in areas such as excavation, dewatering, demolition, abatement, pipeline work, landfills, remediation, drilling, and stabilization is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Equipment & Maintenance

• Excavator, bulldozer, loader, water trucks, skid steer, lifts, telehandlers, pumps, generators, fleet vehicles, hand tools.

Qualifications

HAZWOPER training preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license with no restrictions. Willingness to travel extensively.
