This is a startup company seeking professionals with skills in construction management. We are looking for Construction Superintendents, Project Managers, Quality Control Managers, Risk Managers, or individuals with similar expertise.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is someone recently retired who wants to give back to the industry by sharing knowledge and improving practices, or someone interested in contributing a few hours a month to a meaningful project.
The primary responsibilities include creating one-page summaries (including text, images, charts, pictograms, etc.) about incidents, claims, near misses, or impacts related to construction warranty and completed operations from commercial or industrial projects. These documents aim to share lessons learned within the construction industry, tailored to specific trades such as electrical, mechanical, or building envelope.
