Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Territory Sales Manager/Client Success Manager in Utah, focusing on franchise and large independent dealerships across Utah County and Southern Utah. You will drive subscription revenue, manage relationships, and use data-driven insights to tailor strategies for dealers.

You’ll travel approximately 4 days per week and report to senior leaders, working to meet revenue, retention and referral goals while delivering consultative support and cross-unit collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years in a related field, or a master’s with up to 4 years.
• Driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Reside/travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue, retention and referral goals in territory.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts and account growth.
• Use CRM and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with dealership decision-makers as trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular business reviews with market insights.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and collaborate across units.
• Support onboarding and implementation for clients.
