Job summary
Cox Automotive is seeking a Regional Territory Sales Manager/Client Success Manager to drive growth in Utah County and Southern Utah. You will manage a portfolio of dealerships, deliver insights, and increase subscription revenue while traveling ~4 days per week.
Remote work is possible within the territory with residence in Utah. A base salary plus a strong incentive plan supports performance-driven success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in a related field; other combinations possible per the listing.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to reside/travel within an assigned sales territory.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed revenue, retention and referral goals across your assigned territory.
- Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts and drive account growth.
- Use CRM, sales enablement tools and analytics to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
- Build and deepen relationships with key decision-makers at each dealership as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide data-driven guidance on dealer challenges.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and collaborate with partners to tailor solutions.
