Job summary

NewView Oklahoma seeks a Utah Site Supervisor to lead reclamation, distribution, and IRS mailroom operations. The role supervises staff, schedules production, manages inventory, and ensures quality and safety standards across all processes connected to the Defense Logistics Agency, AECOM, and Service Source contracts in Utah.

The position requires strong operations leadership, 5+ years in related facilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in plant operations, warehouse distribution, or a combination of both.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to pass a Public Trust Review.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the reclamation process according to established standards.
• Plan area staffing and production to achieve on-time delivery.
• Manage inventory of supplies and materials.
• Utilize production dashboards and reports to plan and measure efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of reclamation, distribution, and mailroom processes.
• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to employees and staff.
• Ensure safety codes and PPE compliance in all areas.
• Promote ISO quality management practices and standard work instructions.
• Assist development and implementation of plant policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, and performance actions.
• Coordinate with management across the organization.
• Serve as back-up for IRS Mailroom duties.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
