Circle K Stores seeks an Environmental Compliance Specialist to support UST regulatory programs and ESS activities. You will manage data entry, invoice processing, and reporting across the assigned Business Unit, maintaining compliant records in Titan Cloud and related systems.

You will collaborate with the Environmental Shared Services team, vendors, and field staff to ensure timely, accurate regulatory compliance and contracted services.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience or more preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with databases.
• UST Class A/B Operator certifications across states served.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage data entry, reporting and invoicing.

Aufgaben

• Maintains environmental databases and systems through data collection, scanning, data entry, and reporting.
• Coordinates ESS invoice processing and payments with vendors and financial platforms.
• Supports ESS, other departments, and divisions with policy-based information.
• Compiles and communicates environmental work to teams and contractors/vendors.
• Assists in monitoring, tracking, and processing regulations, inspections, testing, and reports.
• Develops positive working relationships with supervisory personnel, government reps, and internal/external partners.
• Other assigned duties as needed.
