Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners LP seeks an Environmental Compliance Administrator to support the Environmental Compliance Analyst team in administrative tasks related to UST systems, permits, and regulatory reporting. You will coordinate with vendors, territory managers, and site operators to ensure environmental compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental management or related field required.
• 4+ years in Environmental Compliance or related field preferred.
• Experience with permits and USTs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Track permit renewals, deadlines, and compliance across states.
• Assist with permits for USTs, air quality, fuel licenses, waste storage and related licenses.
• Support regulatory paperwork for changes in ownership, tank status, contact updates, and leak detection updates.
• Document environmental incidents and regulatory notifications.
• Coordinate with environmental consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Track corrective actions and maintain incident documentation.
• Review and code invoices for accounts payable.
• Analyze environmental data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
