Qualifications

• High school diploma; Associate degree preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience preferred.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Maintain UST Class A/B Operator certifications across states.
• Clear written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
• Willingness to learn and work with regulatory data.

Responsibilities

• Maintains environmental databases; data collection, entry and reporting.
• Coordinates ESS invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Supports supervisor and ESS group with information per company policies.
• Communicates environmental work to teams and contractors.
• Monitors regulations, inspections, testing and reports.
• Builds positive relationships with personnel and external partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
