Responsibilities

• Scans guest tickets upon entry to events and guides guests to their seats.
• Collects and validates patron tickets to events.
• Provides information to patrons about the venue.
• Addresses patron complaints or refers them to a Shift Manager as needed.
• Helps maintain a safe and secure patron experience per policies.
