Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking an Usher-Ticket Taker to validate guest tickets at events, guide guests to their seats, and provide venue information. This on-call role supports busy event days and requires the ability to stand, move, and communicate clearly with patrons.

You will scan tickets, collect patron tickets, address issues with courtesy, and work as part of the event staff team under supervision. Prior customer service experience and English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of arena layout and event venue is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Scan guest tickets upon entry and guide guests to their seats.
• Collect and validate patron tickets for events.
• Provide information about the venue and event details.
• Address patron concerns or refer to a Shift Manager as needed.
