Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a Reservationist to provide superior customer service by phone and email, processing hotel, events, and restaurant reservations, and assisting with VIP access.

You will work closely with Executive Host and Player Development, promote Momentum program benefits, and troubleshoot guest issues with online accounts and portals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web navigation; able to login to apps.

• Handle inbound calls and emails to process reservations for hotel, events, and amenities.
• Assist Executive Host and Player Development with VIP reservations and offers.
• Troubleshoot guest account access and assist with online portal MyMoheganSun.com.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve guest questions quickly.
