Addison Group is partnering with a unique and fast-growing events venue in Fort Worth to support their ongoing need for friendly and attentive guest service staff. As they continue to host a high volume of public and private events, they’re looking to expand their onsite team with enthusiastic, service-oriented professionals.

Job Description:

We are seeking Part-Time Ushers to support events and live shows by providing excellent guest service and helping maintain a positive, safe experience for attendees. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, people-facing environments and are comfortable being on their feet during high-traffic events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with seating and general questions
• Monitor assigned sections to ensure guest safety and cleanliness
• Respond quickly to spills, disruptions, or safety concerns
• Operate accessibility equipment (e.g., wheelchair lift) if needed
• Remain calm and professional when resolving guest issues
• Maintain an approachable and team-oriented attitude
• Support venue operations as directed by event supervisors

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain composed in loud, busy, or high-energy environments
• Physically able to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus
• Familiarity with basic crowd or conflict management is helpful

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, based on event calendar
  • Weekly hours may range from 24–32 depending on event volume
• Location: 100% onsite (parking included)
• Interview: One in-person interview with hiring team
• Start Date: ASAP
• Dress Code: Casual professional (jeans, polo, closed-toe shoes)
