Job Summary: Protect capital investments by performing routine custodial and cleaning duties, along with minor building maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing multiple areas/surfaces, toilet cleaning, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, polishing or waxing floors, washing windows, and emptying trash and recycling bins.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 years of experience.

Licensing Requirements: Valid Driver's License.

Hiring Range: $16.00 per hour, 32 hours per pay period.

Job Specific Task List:

• Perform routine facilities duties including cleaning and sanitizing, toilet cleaning, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, polishing or waxing floors, washing windows, and emptying trash and recycling bins. (Essential)
• Operate and maintain equipment needed for duties. (Essential)
• Conduct cyclical facilities duties, including extensive cleaning of classrooms and bathrooms, stripping and waxing floors if needed, and other duties as assigned. (Essential)
• Assist with yard work and snow removal as required. (Essential)
• Prepare rooms for meetings and events upon request. (Essential)
• Submit work orders for repairs and maintenance that cannot be performed. (Essential)
• Travel to assigned workspaces to provide custodial services. (Essential)
• Perform other duties as assigned. (Standard)
