Job Title: Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisors
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow all protocols, policies, and rules
• Respond to supervision and take direction
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Support shift lead with punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service principles
• Understand reporting systems and environmental safety

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license may be required
• Completion of safety and task training certification
• Forklift certification may be required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• No specific educational requirement; 3-6 months of training or experience preferred

Details

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
