Responsibilities

• Assisting guests at various public gatherings or entertainment events
• Ticket taking and verification, including work with scanners and valid ticket checks
• Club, suite, and general seating assistance
• Elevator, stairwell, aisle, and lobby assistance
• Program distribution, facility locator assistance (e.g., restrooms)
• Providing general directions and assisting with handouts, including lifting and moving boxes to various locations
• Standing at top of assigned section to walk up and down stairs at regular intervals to ensure guest needs are met
• Responding in a timely manner to guests’ needs and reporting concerns to a supervisor
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
