Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years software and hardware experience in a team-oriented IT structure.
• Experience with desktops/laptops/iPad/iPhone/MAC; HP, Canon, Xerox printers.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite and Windows 11 in a wired/wireless network.
• Experience with Active Directory, NetDocuments or similar DMS, Intapp Time, email, and Cisco systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level IT support from Help Desk escalations; escalate as needed.
• Assist videoconference team with checks and bridging multi-location meetings (Zoom/Teams).
• Assist IT Training with new hire training.
• Participate in projects to deploy new technology, including weekends or after hours.
• Image computers, configure IP phones, move/install printers.
• Install routine firmware updates on devices and docking stations.
• Perform asset tagging and hardware inventory management.
