User Support Analyst

Winton Woods City Schools is seeking a skilled and dynamic User Support Analyst to join our technology team. This position will focus on implementing and supporting advanced technologies that serve the goals of the district and handle escalations from technical staff for challenging issues.

Job Overview

User Support Analysts act as a subject matter expert on the assigned technologies and processes needed by the Technology Center. They are the primary point of contact for their subject matter and cross‑train other staff to maintain continuity of service for the department.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical expertise in the IT systems the district uses, or equivalent systems.
• Continuously grow skill set through practical work experience and professional development.
• Employ strong critical thinking, problem solving, and scientific method skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Work independently with a resilient mindset.
• Possess interpersonal skills such as empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, and relationship building.

Qualifications
