Auros is seeking a Research Consultant on our Consulting Services team to help customers gain high-quality insights and deliver them via UserTesting. You'll guide research best practices, scalable approaches, and platform capabilities so clients can run independent studies that drive actionable outcomes.

This role suits an analytical, consultative mind eager to mentor customers, lead trainings, and embed human insights into decision-making across product teams and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS or MA/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in user experience research or research consulting.
• Ability to translate research into practical, scalable guidance for customers.
• Understanding of UX research impact on business decisions and ROI.
• Experience embedding research across product development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with remote research and usability tools (UserTesting, UserZoom, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding programs to enable customers in understanding the basics of the UserTesting platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through study execution and best practices.
• Plan and lead in-depth workshops on research execution, scaling, KPIs, and operations.
• Support customers in building effective research studies with quality analyses.
• Provide guidance on analyzing findings, synthesizing insights, and presenting recommendations.
• Help customers operationalize and scale research within their workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to support retention and growth.
• Proactively identify customer needs and tailor recommendations to improve practices.
• Contribute to internal consulting frameworks and methodologies.
