Taghleef Industries is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to deliver first- through third-tier technical support for end users across desktop, laptop, tablet, and printer environments. This role emphasizes customer service and timely problem resolution to maximize IT system value.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in IT or related field or equivalent experience, strong Windows, Office 365/Exchange/Intune knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours and in a team or solo capacity in

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent work experience in IT
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (mixed versions) and mobile devices
• Experience with Office 365, Exchange, and Intune
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a team or independently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide first through third tier end-user IT support via phone, email, or on-site
• Interface with network services, software systems engineering, or applications development to restore service
• Reproduce and troubleshoot user problems to resolve issues quickly
• Install/uninstall client software per licensing and authorization; migrate user data
• Configure and support printers and user accounts in AD/Exchange/Office 365
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
• Manage device provisioning and onboarding/offboarding activities with HR
• Document solutions for helpdesk tickets and maintain knowledge base
