Job summary

GRVTY is seeking an experienced User Engagement Engineer with a systems engineering background to join a space domain awareness software development program spanning multiple locations in the United States.

The role focuses on documenting incidents, tracking and communicating status to users, and guiding development planning, while facilitating transitions from legacy systems to modern architectures. A strong emphasis on training, user liaison, and stakeholder coordination is required.

Qualifications

• Document incidents for operations
• Track status of current incidents and provide status to users
• Inform users of development planning, status and deliverables
• Manage user expectations on system capabilities and delivery timelines
• Develop system tradecraft and user-guides to support real-world operations
• Support operation’s transition from a legacy system to modern architecture
• Provide informal over-the-shoulder training to users
• Connect users to the customer for requests requiring approvals
• Connect the customer to site personnel to support software delivery and system integration
• Facilitate on-site discussions/meetings with system users and stakeholders
