Job summary

Rush Truck Centers in Tampa, FL seeks an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to generate new truck sales within an assigned territory, primarily through in-person visits and outbound calls.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, maintain key relationships, coordinate with Finance and Insurance, and promote all services, including parts, service, warranties, and telematics, while meeting activity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability per Rush requirements.
• Regular travel within assigned territory; may require CDL per policy.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospective customers and opportunities.
• Maintain territory relationships with in-person visits at least 3 days per week.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline outside the office; follow up on quotes.
• Complete paperwork for truck sales; obtain manager approval on deals.
• Promote and sell all Rush services: parts, service, warranties, maintenance, and telematics.
