Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's leading Kenworth truck dealership group hiring a Used Truck Salesperson to engage existing customers and grow new business within an assigned territory.

The role demands broad knowledge of our services, products, and marketing to identify prospects, present solutions, and close used truck deals while maintaining accurate records and timely reports. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site sales position.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the company’s services, products, and marketing techniques.
• Direct sales or truck sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Calls on prospective customers and assigned accounts within the territory and uses aggressive telephone marketing.
• Maintains contacts with customers to understand requirements and market trends.
• Identifies and profiles prospective customers and develops strategies to obtain orders.
• Makes company services available to customers.
• Keeps records and reports on all activities.
