You will build relationships, present options, and negotiate deals that maximize profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, test drives, and collaboration with the Finance & Insurance team to finalize transactions and support ongoing dealership growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience in a dealership environment.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities through referrals, social media, internet leads, and walk-in traffic.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and present suitable used vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate features and value.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and market conditions.
• Guide customers through the sales process including trade evaluations and basic financing discussions.
• Collaborate with F&I to close deals and ensure a smooth closing.
• Follow up post-sale to generate referrals and drive repeat business.
