Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking experienced Automotive Dealership Sales Managers for opportunities across our network, including Milford, Delaware. Bring 3+ years of management in a dealership and a track record of profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll lead desk deals, appraisals, and used-vehicle operations while earning top pay, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits within a supportive, family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive management experience.
• Used car buying/appraising experience preferred, desking a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and dealership operations knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems and inventory management.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Manage used vehicle operations and inventory performance.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals, acquisitions, and pricing.
• Oversee reconditioning and merchandising processes.
• Structure and desk deals to maximize profitability.
• Monitor inventory turn rates and wholesale/liquidation activity.
• Support retail sales growth and dealership objectives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and management teams.
