Hertrich Ford Lincoln of Milford is actively hiring experienced Automotive Managers to lead sales, desk activities and used car operations across our dealership network. This is a results-driven leadership role focused on profitability, inventory management, appraisals, and pricing strategy.

We offer aggressive pay, bonuses and full benefits as part of a large, family-owned group with 24 dealerships and 18 brands. Weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive management experience.
• Strong leadership and dealership operations knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems and inventory management.
• OEM certifications are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Manage used vehicle operations and inventory performance.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals, acquisitions, and pricing.
• Oversee reconditioning and merchandising processes.
• Structure and desk deals to maximize profitability.
• Monitor inventory turn rates and wholesale/liquidation activity.
• Support retail sales growth and dealership objectives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and management teams.
