Hertrich Family of Dealerships in Delaware is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager/Desk Manager to join our expanding leadership team. This role offers aggressive pay with a full benefits package and unlimited earning potential, including opportunities across a 24-dealership network.

You will lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team while driving profitability, structuring deals, and ensuring a superb customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations.
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus.
• OEM certifications are a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus).
