Job summary

Olympia Kia & Subaru is seeking a results-driven Used Car Sales Manager / Desk Manager to lead the pre-owned vehicle operation at our Olympia dealership. You will structure profitable deals, coach a team, and coordinate with finance partners to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

This leadership role requires a proven track record in desk management, inventory control, and performance-driven leadership in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive desk manager or sales manager experience required.
• Proven ability to structure profitable deals and manage inventory effectively.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with lender relationships and automotive financing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented dealership environment.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, clean record, and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Desk and structure retail automotive transactions.
• Work with sales consultants to maximize gross profit and vehicle sales.
• Manage all aspects of used vehicle operations.
• Source, appraise, and acquire used vehicle inventory.
