Job summary

Olympia Kia & Subaru in Olympia, WA is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to guide customers through the car-buying journey and match them with the right Kia vehicle, delivering a high-quality service that encourages repeat business.

You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate features, conduct test drives, negotiate prices, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience. A proven sales track record is preferred, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
