Job summary

Mills Automotive Group is looking for a sales manager to join our growing sales department in Hampton, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and energetic leader committed to enhancing the sales process and building strong relationships with employees and customers.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, training staff, and supporting sales efforts. Prior automotive sales managerial experience is preferred. We offer health benefits, a 401K plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
