Job summary

Hudson Nissan of North Charleston is seeking a driven Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our high-energy used-vehicle team. You will train, motivate, and manage sales staff to deliver top customer service while meeting tough sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a proven track record in used-car management at high-volume dealerships, a strong ability to develop teams, and familiarity with V-Auto and E Leads systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Used Car Manager experience in a high-volume dealership with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of top performers.
• V-Auto and E Leads experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the pre-owned sales team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute pricing, trades, and inventory strategies to optimize used-vehicle sales.
• Collaborate with other departments to build strong teams and close deals from A to Z.
