Qualifications

• Experience as a used car manager, sales manager, or automotive sales leader.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle acquisition, pricing, and market analysis.
• Proven track record of driving used car sales and profitability.
• Experience desking deals and managing inventory.
• Ability to work in a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage used vehicle inventory, acquisition, and merchandising
• Source vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and direct purchases
• Price inventory based on market trends and dealership strategy
• Drive used car sales volume, gross profit, and performance
• Monitor KPIs including inventory turn, gross per unit, and aging inventory
• Desk deals, structure transactions, and assist with closing sales
• Train, coach, and develop automotive sales consultants
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
