CarGuys Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team across dealerships. You will recruit, train, and manage sales consultants, ensuring exceptional customer and owner satisfaction, while overseeing new and used vehicle operations.

The role emphasizes accountability, growth, and long-term stability in a fast-changing market, with opportunities across America by a leading automotive recruiter.

• Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at once.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High CSI and Sales Volume.
• Long term stability in your previous employment.
• Product Knowledge –
• A love for being involved in the deal, not just an administrator or “numbers guy” who sits behind the desk

• Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
