CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager for a dealership in the Hampton area. You will recruit, train, and lead a high‑performance sales team, supervise vehicle operations, and focus on customer and owner satisfaction to drive growth.

• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

• High CSI and Sales Volume.
• Long term stability in your previous employment.
• Love for being involved in the deal, not just an administrator or numbers guy.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles.
• Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
