Hireology in Minnesota is seeking a Used Car Department Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will greet vehicle owners, explain repair steps, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and accurate parts inventory.

You do not need automotive experience, but strong customer service, professional appearance, and clean driving record are required. The role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Write-up repair orders for Used Car Department and process using Reynolds and Reynolds DMS.
• Communicate with techs on authorized repairs.
• Provide daily inventory updates to sales managers.
• Act as liaison between techs and sales and handle Used Car inventory questions for sales.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Used Car Department Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.
