Proficiency with CRM, lead generation, and customer engagement is essential for driving successful appraisals and seamless dealership interactions. You will collaborate with Sales Managers to craft offers and push the sale after purchase, while tracking monthly goals to

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in automotive purchasing, acquisitions, and appraisals.
• Strong ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and address needs professionally.
• Excellent verbal communication skills over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Calling, following up and scheduling appointments for customers to appraise and purchase their used vehicles.
• Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation.
• Interface with current used vehicle owners from appointments to purchase their vehicle.
• Engage with dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles.
• Appraise used vehicles by data collection and input into inventory system.
• Work with Sales Managers to build and propose offers to sellers.
• Introduce guests to sales personnel to sell new vehicles after purchase.
• Review monthly goals with management to optimize time and plans.
