Job summary

Hello Auto Group is building a used-car acquisition team for our Temecula and San Diego stores and seeks an experienced leader to drive inventory growth. You will source inventory from multiple channels, coordinate transportation, and oversee reconditioning to meet our aggressive turnover targets.

With at least two years of vehicle-buying experience and familiarity with vAuto and CDK preferred, you will partner with Owners, GMs, and Sales Managers to optimize the used-car operation and help

Qualifications

• Two years of vehicle-buying experience is required.
• Solid understanding of retail purchasing and merchandising.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Multi-tasking and high energy are a must for this role.
• Responsible, ethical, and committed behavior is required.
• Previous sales success, assertiveness, high energy and sociable nature are required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire inventory through multiple sources.
• Coordinate transportation of vehicles.
• Manage and coordinate reconditioning of vehicles.
• Train and develop increased awareness of used inventory.
• Manage online inventory from photos, descriptions, and spotlight management.
• Assist in appraisals at the sales desk and train Client Advisors on used cars.
